The documentary format is his specialty, as is developing media curricula and designing effective workflows. David has followed his filmmaking and didactic passions internationally for his clients, whom have included Discovery Channel, USAID, CGIAR, Heroes and Hope Young Filmmakers Program, World Arts Focus, and Monadnock Media.

Josephine is a communication, public relations, and management expert with a background in broadcast journalism. She was listed in the annual ‘Uganda’s Top 40 Women Under 4O’ survey by New Vision, November 2016. Her clients have included the International Fertilizer Development Center, Integrated Seed Sector Development Project, European Union Emergency Trust Fund, Agricultural Business Initiative, and WBS Television.

Jorge Maldonado is an award-winning director, producer and motion designer based in Washington, DC. With over 20 years of industry experience, his skills range from concept, direction, design and animation, to filming, editing and compositing for commercials, promos, title sequences, documentaries, corporate videos and more. Jorge’s understanding of the entire production process enables him to brainstorm and transform different innovative ideas into high-end finished products. He’s worked for networks like Discovery, PBS, Smithsonian, TV One, and Al Jazeera, as well as multiple organizations including The World Bank, IDB, OAS, Conservation International, Brookings Institution, and The Packard Foundation. Jorge is passionate about utilizing the power of visual media to positively transform lives and make this a better world.
